When we asked HR Director Kay Pierce if there’s any significance in the company having “homes” in its name rather than, say, “houses” or “buildings,” she replied, “We realize (a home) is one of the largest investments an individual might make. So it needs to go beyond just the process of buying (four walls); it’s the process of building your dreams, making memories in those homes, and making certain that we take care of them…Our purpose is to build dreams that enhance lives…When you build a home with us, you’re becoming a part of our Weekley family…I’m honored to work here, (and) truly believe in who we are and what we stand for.”
